The blues are here and are big. They are averaging 8-12 lbs with the pool fish weighing up to 16 lbs..

This past thursday the Ben Shirk party from East Earl, Pa., did a number on the big blues. Then the Ed Stien party had the same great results with the blues, alot of which they caught on light tackle. Ed managed to land a few on his fly rod and Gene landed half a dozen on 8 lb test mono.

We will be blue fishing Monday and fishing Thursday, will report asap.

The tuna and shark action offshore is off to a good start, now may be the time to get in on some of the early action. There is nice water easily within reach of our inlet with good size yellowfin in it.
