Hate to sound like a broken record but, the jigging action for those scrappy blues is still going strong. We’re still only fishing 12 miles or so from the inlet and it is some of the best fishing you can have.
Bob and Diane Nelms, Levittown…, were down Saturday night for their annual family trip and did very well before a thunderstorm sent us packing. Henry snagged a 5′ cow nose ray on his jig, I took a couple pics of it before we released it, what an animal. I’ll also try to post some video of the t’storm my son took.
Victor Gasbarra’s party also did extremely well suring the daytime, jigging all they wanted. The weather has been great, the blue fishing and tuna fishing have been good, time to go fishing.
