The dates have been set for the fluke and sea bass seasons. The fluke season will open May 22 and run till September 26. Size limit is 18″ with a possesion limit of 5 like last year. The sea bass season is as follows; May 27 to June 30: 15 fish @ 12 1/2″,  July 1 to July 31: 2 fish @ 12 1/2″, closed from August 1 to October 21, October 22 to December 31: 15 fish @ 12 1/2″.

As you can see there is a short season in the beginning when the fishing is generally good and another good oppurtunity at the end of October early November before they move offshore. Try to set your trips within these dates.

The stripers will be 1 fish 28 to 43″, and another fish 43″ or larger. It looks like there will be a special bonus tag season starting September 1. It will allow a tag holder one fish 24 to 28″. There will probably be a limited number of tags so as soon as I know I will be posting on here and our Facebook page so those that have a trip booked can get tags to bring with them. If they allow us (the boat) to have tags I will get them as well.
