The dates have been set for this season’s sea bass fishing season. The first segment will open May 28 and go until Sept. 11, the second part is from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31. Dates are available the week after Memorial Day for those that want to get a first crack at the tasty fishes. Also, we had our best fishing last year that first week of Nov. for those that want to fill the freezer at the end of the year.

We are starting to see a few blues so I think in 10 days or so we should be able to catch some on the ridge, the stripers are showing up in the bay and should be making a better appearence as the days go by in the ocean.
