The fluke fishing has been very steady, there are plenty of fish around and there is a good keeper to short ratio. The Chris Eastburn group did very well Saturday with flatties up to 23″. Uncle Jess was high hook with a limit of keepers and I don’t know how many shorts. Jumbo was a close second with 5 keepers, but they both couldn’t top Nick from Trailerama’s 23″ pool winner. On Sunday Joe Schuler’s gang did well also with the flatties up to 22″. Becky made a great comeback in the later part of the day, catching 3 keepers in the last half hour. We will be out Thursday and Friday for fluke again and hope to have more good news to post. If you’re waiting for the fluke to start, now is the time, never know when they will move out.
