The past week we have been fishing for fluke, seabass, and small blues. The fluke have not been cooperating that well, the south wind has dropped the water temp along the beach about 10 degrees. The seabass are still around and today Capt. Lou jigged a mess of 3 lb blues in the inlet then went outside to try for some fluke but didn’t find a lot of cooperation. Arthur will fortunately be passing by… far far offshore, and not be to much of bother to us. The fluking should get better as the days go by, with some seabass to add to the mix. The inshore tuna scene is starting to take shape and this month is typically the start of that fishery, some have been caught a little south of us already. Will report Monday night on the weekend trips
